We sell some unique items here at BioSurvivalGear.com. Because of this, each item and it's shipping times and costs can vary compared to other items.
Q)How long does it take to get an item shipped?
A)This depends on the location of our warehouses and where the item is going. About 30% of our items come from our international warehouses. Except for our Survival Kits and Long Term Food Products which at warehoused here in the US. The average time of shipment for those products is 1-2 weeks. Our survival gear has longer delivery times since it shipped from our warehouse overseas. It takes time to send overseas to USA, Canada, UK and Australia plus our other locations. Expect survival gears shipping to arrive in 2-3 weeks with a 5 day processing time. Delays beyond our control can happen when items land in your country and go through your customs inspection.
Q) WILL MULTIPLE ITEMS ORDERED MAY COME IN SEPARATE PACKAGES?
Many people who order multiple items from our store, will have those items fulfilled by multiple warehouses in Asia or the USA and will most likely get those items in separately mailed packages. This is due to logistical reasons, where items may not all be in the same warehouse or city. Each package will have a tracking # so you can track each item from dock to door. Most of the time, these packages will arrive on different days, sometimes a few days apart, or even a couple weeks apart.
Q)HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
Once a package is made ready to ship, it's given a tracking number and input in our international shipping system online so you can track it from dock to door. Tracking # is usually given before the packages are picked up by the trucks and may take 3-5 days before the tracking #'s show up online to track. Just check back in 1-3 days and see if the tracking story is updated. If you don't see a tracking story after 5 days, let us know, as we can see what's taking place and get you more information.
